HUE STREET FOOD TOUR

The Hue street food tour will begin at about 17:30 when we pick you up from your hotel and then forward you on foot to the gourmet street where you can sample exceptional Hue cakes made from rice flour like Banh beo, nam, loc… (water fern cake, steamed rice pancake with shrimp, and rice dumpling cake).

Then we carried on toward Han Mac Tu Street, a local street food with stunning views of serene waterways tinged with Hue’s hues along the Perfume River. By coming here, you may savor clam meals like Com Hen or Bun Hen (mussels rice, mussel vermicelli) and take in the tranquility of a river.

Wandering along Le Loi Street and across the Trang Tien Bridge will allow you to enter the vibrant Dong Ba Market, where you may sample Bun thit nuong (Grilled Pork Vermicelli) or Bun bo Hue (Hue Beef Noodle Soup), witness a variety of cuisine ingredients, and learn about local culture.

After that, we proceeded to Thuong Tu, the Imperial Citadel’s southeast entrance, to purchase Banh Khoai (Hue pancakes). We keep walking until we reach the night market, where you can buy gifts like sesame sweets, conical hats, Ao Dai, etc. You may enjoy a beer on the walk home, talk about your feelings, and take in the romanticism of the evening.

Around 21:00, as the city’s nightlife commences, you go to the hotel by yourself and take in Hue’s serene ambiance.
