Hoa was a wondeful guide, with a great knowledge of the monuments and the local area. I particularly liked Hoa’s sense of humour. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is travelling to Hue as it gives a good sense of the history without being overloaded with too much information.

Perfect way to see the best of Hue

Group tours are not something I usually do but the stay in Hue was short and there was lots to see so I ended up going on this one and I’m glad I did. The tour itself was very well organised and I got to see many of the main attractions in Hue, including the Imperial City, two kings tombs – Minh Man and Khai Dinh (Two different styles), Thien Mu Pagoda and also we visited a museum. The tour had a few cool extras I would probably never have done like a boat ride on the perfume river, trip through a local market and a short stop to see how they make the local incense sticks and conical hats.

Our tour guide, Ruby, was fantastic! Her English was excellent, she was happy, fun and had extensive knowledge of Vietnamese history (and much more). Ruby took photos for the group, told jokes and really kept the tour alive with her personality.

Tour group was small, attractions were great, price was very reasonable. Lunch was included and water was provided throughout! Highly recommend this tour.
